EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Have you ever met someone who made you feel instantly at ease, like you’d known them for years? Do you know anyone who, even in the toughest circumstances, is able to keep their cool? Have you ever met someone who exudes positive energy and inspires everyone to embrace their ideas?
These are all examples of emotional intelligence in action.

The intelligence quotient (IQ) is not enough to define a person’s intelligence, since it neglects an essential part of Being, not taking into account human behavior, which is influenced by emotional reactions.
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand and regulate one’s own emotions and those of others, in the knowledge that everyone is responsible for their own emotional state.
.

Developing EI enables us to acquire the skills to self-manage and self-regulate, positively influencing our self-control, motivation, performance, integrity, health and relationships with others. In the professional arena, it complements technical skills and is the best predictor of managerial and professional success.

DEVELOPING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

This program is open to all, and is a prerequisite for the executive program. It enables you to acquire the following skills:

– understand emotions, their impact on perception, their link with our body and psycho-emotional well-being;

– recognize and regulate your own emotions by consciously managing their expression and actions, and thus understand those of others;

– increase its complexity threshold and be more flexible in front of uncertainty;

– increase tolerance of ambiguity and act more effectively to setbacks and challenges.

The aim is to get people to reflect, question and broaden their vision of health in its entirety (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social) in order to better understand themselves and change, if necessary, certain self-sabotaging habits that shape their health outcomes and well-being.
At the end of the course, you’ll come away with greater self-awareness, empathy, different needs, better attention management, better psycho-emotional balance, keys to developing a positive vision and greater adaptability.
