A company leader in the world of luxury fashion is looking for 2 KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE  for the Beauty Division, based in Milan.

ABOUT THE JOB
Excited by the unique perspective the Travel Retail channel gives on our Global customer, the Key Account Travel Retail will own building and flawlessly executing a consistent and thorough strategy for Europe/ME. Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate closely with Travel Retail Customers across the region alongside internal functions to drive distribution and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and flawlessly execute a consistent and thorough Travel Retail strategy for the area alongside partnering with Sales functions colleagues to ensure it is complimentary to the Domestic strategy
• Develop collaborative partnerships with Travel Retail Customers across the area to negotiate and implement the Europe/ME Travel Retail sales strategy and achieve annual Sales and Profitability targets
• Manage Joint Business Plan negotiations with Customers, closely track performance and lead implementation of correction plans
• Drive negotiations with Customers to ensure optimal distribution, locations and NPD launches
• Manage investments and full P&L for the Travel Retail business
• Strong collaboration with internal functions (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain etc.) to ensure delivery of the Travel Retail strategy
• Partner with Marketing function to plan and execute annual Brand plan per Customer
• Drive training and engagement plans with Retail teams to ensure they are passionate and effectively champion Dolce & Gabbana Beauty
• Own building, reporting and tracking of key sales figures, including annual budgets, sell-in/sell-out performance, monthly POS forecasts and stock levels
• Work closely with Customers and Retail teams to ensure consistent and excellent Retail execution across the region
• Closely manage supply and shipment plans with Supply Chain function to ensure alignment to annual Marketing and Sales plans
• Build on close Customer and Market proximity along with data insights to support development of incremental business opportunities

Work with Headquarter guidelines to:
• Develop optimal solutions between Global Practices & Regional/Local needs for best business outcomes
• Develop sales, allocation, and promotional spending guidelines for each door.
• Assign goals to each field team member and supervise the progress towards their achievement.
• Ensure Sales & Profit Targets are met as per budgets

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• University Degree
• 5+ years’ experience managing Travel Retail Customers
• Beauty industry experience and strong affinity for Luxury Goods
• Deep understanding of the needs and dynamics of the Travel Retail channel from a Sales Development perspective
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally; ability to build connections, partnerships, and influence to deliver results
• Strong strategic planning skills
• Entrepreneurial with a ‘start-up mentality’, at ease working with ambiguity and within a lean support structure
• Passionate and motivated by delivering and tangibly seeing results along with a strong ownership mindset
• Highly competent in Sales fundamentals; planning, closely tracking performance, adapting and modifying, building recommendations and executing flawlessly
• Analytical thinker, comfortable managing and analyzing data
• Strong negotiating acumen
• Fluent in English (written and oral conversation)
• Knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus
• Flexibility to travel

2 JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE

A company leader in the world of luxury fashion is looking for 2 JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE  for the Beauty Division, based in Milan.

MISSION/OBJECTIVES
Support the solid business foundation we have with our key customers in the region/channels through day-to-day management of existing TR accounts across the respective Geographies. Upweight the representation with our customers to provide a proper support to all the activities aimed to improve the business growth within areas.
Crucial to this role is maintaining and further feeding key relationships with category managers/buyers/promoters/brand ambassadors and facilitating the delivery of successful outcomes (boost sell in-sell out, increase market share, visibility, impeccable execution, increase promotional opportunities, brand training).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Customer Relationship: Manage a smooth day-to-day relationship with our key customers. Always add value to the business partnership through constructive actions and clear communications. The ability to build strong business relationships within DGB and with partners is key to this role.
• Execution: Make sure plans are translated into operation regularly visiting points of sale. Execution of excellence of all global agreements inclusive of instore visibility, product placement, pricing, range and promotional activity.
• Data Analysis and presentation: Analysis of sell in/sell out data. Construction and presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to sales forecasting.
• Orders, Stock and assortment management: management of order flow, ensuring on time and high fulfillment rate. Stock analysis to ensure right coverage to each point of sale and maximize sell out targets. Maintenance of each customer’s masterdata with in & out references.
• Retailers’ invoices management: management of invoices in SAP system by creating Purchase Orders, cross-checking with forecasts and coordinating with Administration the payment within agreed terms. Contribute to cost forecasting.
• BCs management: coach and motivate Beauty consultants dedicated to the brand. Set KPIs, track and review performances in order to ensure productivity and sell out targets.
• Business Planning: Provide inputs in order to contribute to the budget definition, quarterly reviews and ultimately the mid-long term business plans. Eyes and ears on the ground for progress reports, additional opportunities and threats.
• Brand Ambassador: knowledge and understanding of the current customer’s retail environment. Competition mapping/monitoring. Insight on shopper behavior, brand/product performance and merchandising opportunity at point of sale. Share on going learning with the team to help provide stronger offerings to grow the business.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS
• Internal: Sales, Marketing, Planning/Finance colleagues
• External: Different roles within our customers and business partners’ organization: Buyers, Promotions Managers, Category Managers, Retail Managers, Merchandising Managers, front line staff, Agencies.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
• 3-5 years of Sales experience within beauty industry ideally within TR industry
• Experience in management accounts or Key buying group
• Track record of developing effective business relationships
• Experience in working remotely/self-management, flexibility, ability to adapt to fast-paced environment, use of initiative
• International mindset with exposure to different cultures
• University Degree or equivalent professional qualification
• English proficiency + native local language

• Commercial Skills: Proven commercial understanding, sales & negotiation skills, while having a balance between Brand building and Sales performance

• Availability to travel, mainly within the region, and spend approx. 30% of time in the field with retailers and key stakeholders.

EMEA TRAVEL RETAIL EDUCATION MANAGER BEAUTY

A company leader in the luxury fashion industry is looking for its TRAVEL RETAIL EDUCATION MANAGER for the Beauty Division.

ABOUT THE JOB
The Travel Retail Education Manager, reporting to EMEA Education Manager, will plan, implement, and manage a structured training and development program to meet the needs of the travel retail channel. Through follow up and coaching, this person will ensure to develop Beauty Consultants (BC) knowledge and expertise to successfully perform their jobs pursuing sell out and service excellence through an elevated customer experience and enhanced brand sophistication.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Ensure the full execution of the Regional/Channel training strategy across EMEA travel retail perimeter
• Design a structured training and development program (in store/remotely) for each BC clusters/airports/retailers
• Ensure special training program for properly support specific trade activities
• Design and organization of Annual BC seminar Event
• Work closely with Global Education and EMEA Travel Retail Teams to learn, adapt and facilitate Training Modules created by Central which support business objective.
• Support the customer-centric attitudes and behaviours development through daily on the floor observation and coaching.
• Ensure timely and detailed feedback to regional education team and Travel retail team related to all learning modules with qualitative insights on facilitation
• Support store-specific initiatives and pilots as needed.
• Organize administrative responsibilities and ensure budget guidelines are met.
• Track and measure main KPIs

KEY COMPETENCES
• Experience required: 3 years of experience in a high-end, luxury beauty environment
• Previous on field experience as BC will be considered a plus during the recruiting process
• Bachelor’s / University Degree
• Availability to travel across EMEA airports (50/50 time split)
• Excellent listening and observation skills
• Proven track record in building client relationships
• Passion for elevated service and the client experience
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience level and size
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
